Why we installed this register system:

First of all we think even an online catalog shouldn't lead to anonymity. In
former times name and address were requested, today name and e-mail-address.
And, as we are always interested in providing a better service for you,
after years of requests from our customers to send them regularly new offers, we had to settle on computer systems.
Furthermore there are a lot of 'outside' customers for our special services -
they haven't bought their house by us, but like to have news about taxes, laws
and other informations in our 'newsletters'.
Then we feel responsible for our sellers, too. With the register system the
online visitors are obliged to respect privacy.
Last but not least we also have a personal interest. Having the leadership in
this business it happened often that our texts were copied by
people, intending to become a competent real estate-agent 'over night'. Of course
this is neither possible nor legal: In order to be able to work as estate agent in Italy one needs a
qualification based on special intensive training in matters of law! - We will prosecute
all who copy our texts and with the registration system it is much easier
to find the path back to the" visitor". All in all we think everybody should care for his own sites and do his
best to increase the variety of internet.
